So this week was very eventful... Becca was in town all week which was very exciting. We had a great time together and Lola was so sad when I had to take her back to the airport today, she loved having her godmother in town to play with! My sciatic has been acting up which has made the day to day a little more difficult picking up Lola and having the energy to run around. I am hoping that i will grow out of it eventually, since I did when I was pregnant with Lola.
On a sad note, my Grandma passed away this Thursday from a long battle with cancer. She was an amazingly inspirational woman that spent her life devoted to taking care of her family. I can only hope that I can come close to being as loving a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother as she was. I will be heading to California this Sunday for the funeral and to spend time with my dad and family.
